Canonical DefinitionGovernance Transparency Standard (GTS) defines the structural conditions
under which governance decisions, governance actions, governance processes,
governance controls, governance relationships, governance outcomes,
and governance information remain visible, understandable, explainable,
reviewable, traceable, accessible, and operationally valid
throughout the governance lifecycle.
GTS governs governance transparency.
The standard establishes the foundational conditions required to ensure
that governance remains sufficiently visible and understandable for legitimate
governance participants while preserving governance trust, accountability,
and operational clarity throughout operational reality.
